OpeRAQ ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered quoting assistant for Australian trade businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an OpeRAQ account we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and payment details (processed by Stripe; we never see your card number). If you connect your Gmail account, we access only emails carrying the label you nominate (default: OpeRAQ). We never read your personal inbox, sent items, or any other folder.
We use your information to operate the service: authenticating your account, drafting AI replies to your customer enquiries, sending emails on your behalf when you approve them, generating monthly reports, and processing subscription payments.
Your data is stored on secured Australian and Australia-adjacent cloud infrastructure with bank-grade 256-bit encryption in transit. Passwords are one-way hashed using bcrypt. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
OpeRAQ uses the following processors: Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail API for connected inboxes), Anthropic (AI drafting via Emergent), MongoDB Atlas (data storage). Each processor has its own privacy policy and only receives the minimum data necessary to perform its function.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise those rights, email sales@operaq.au or majed@operaq.au.
We keep account data for as long as your subscription is active plus twelve months after cancellation, then delete or anonymise it unless required by law to retain longer (for example, tax invoices).
Privacy questions: sales@operaq.au. Business questions: majed@operaq.au.
