These Terms govern your use of OpeRAQ ("the Service") operated by OpeRAQ ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OpeRAQ is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Australian trade businesses automate quoting. The Service reads emails you tag with a Gmail label, uses AI to draft replies and quotes, and sends messages from your inbox only after you approve them.
New sign-ups receive a 14-day free pilot with full access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the pilot, an active subscription is required to keep using the automation.
The Service is offered on a monthly recurring subscription. Current plans and pricing are shown on the Billing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel from the Billing page.
You must not use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract underlying models. You are responsible for the quotes you approve and send to customers.
AI-drafted content is provided as a starting point and requires your review before sending. OpeRAQ makes no warranty as to the accuracy of pricing estimates. You are solely responsible for verifying figures before communicating them to a customer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, OpeRAQ's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
